Summer Solstice, is the first official day of Summer. AKA as “The Longest Day of the Year.” It is the day with the most hours of daylight of the year; conversely, it has the least amount darkness than any day other day of the year! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Summer_solstice A significant celestial event, the summer solstice, is often viewed as a time of reflection, transformation, and renewal. But have you ever considered it could be a significant milestone in your fitness journey as well?

The summer solstice is more than just the advent of sunny days and balmy nights. It’s a perfect time to recalibrate your fitness goals, boosting your workout routines just when you need it most – right before the summer season. As we transition from spring to summer, use this time to ramp up your fitness game, get in shape quickly, and build a summer-ready physique.

Harness the Extra Daylight

With more hours of daylight on the summer solstice than any other day, why not use this extra time to your advantage? A morning run, a mid-day outdoor yoga session, or an evening HIIT workout in your backyard can add a new dimension to your fitness routine.
